The Henderson is an ultra-luxury commercial skyscraper in Central, Hong Kong, demanding a fully integrated smart security ecosystem across multiple entry points and lift zones. ACX installed over 700 multi-technology all-in-one readers, covering access control, turnstile, lift destination control, visitor management, mobile patrol, CCTV, and water leakage monitoring — all synchronised with The Henderson's ITEAP mobile app, building management network, and fire safety infrastructure.
XRL Topside (Express-Rail-Link) West Kowloon Station
XRL Topside is a landmark mixed-use development above the West Kowloon high-speed rail terminus, managing diverse user groups across complex, high-traffic spaces. ACX delivered a facial recognition turnstile solution, a smart toilet cubicle access control system for high-traffic public facilities, and a smart locker system — providing seamless, secure access management suited to one of Hong Kong's busiest transport hubs.

Airside - NanFung
Airside is a large-scale integrated commercial development by Nan Fung Group in Kai Tak, requiring a fully connected access solution across a diverse, multi-tenanted environment. ACX implemented a customised access reader system integrated with the Nan Fung mobile app, Apple Wallet, visitor management, building management, turnstile, intercom, and smart printing systems — creating a seamless, app-driven experience for tenants and visitors.

Hongkong Land in Central
Chater House | Jardine House | Alexandra House | York House
Hongkong Land's portfolio of iconic Grade-A towers in Central required an access upgrade that enforced pandemic health protocols without compromising the premium tenant experience. ACX delivered Hong Kong's first embedded turnstile with multi-technology readers and thermal facial sensors for mask detection and temperature screening, alongside a full visitor management system, self-service kiosk, and mobile virtual card access.




Hong Kong Science Park
Pak Shek Kok Hong Kong Science Park | Kowloon Tong InnoCentre | Tseung Kwan O Data Technology Hub
Hong Kong Science Park's three-campus innovation estate required a next-generation smart building solution at scale. ACX delivered a world-first Bluetooth and Scramble QR code mobile virtual card deployment, installing over 3,000 multi-technology readers across all sites. The solution spans turnstile control, lift destination control, visitor management, facility booking, and mobile patrol — supporting facial recognition, palm vein, Bluetooth, QR code, and card access.



South Island Place in Wong Chuk Hang
South Island Place is a contemporary Grade-A commercial development in Wong Chuk Hang, requiring a reliable, future-ready access solution for its professional tenant base. ACX supplied and installed its K Series multi-technology access readers throughout the building, delivering a robust and scalable access control system that supports multiple credential types for today's flexible workplace environment.

Manulife Place
Manulife Place in Kwun Tong was the pioneering deployment site for ACX's Mobile Virtual Card Platform, setting a new standard for smart building access in Hong Kong. ACX implemented mobile virtual card access, alarm input monitoring, and high-level Mitsubishi lift destination control integration, with turnstiles managing high, middle, and low zone access control alongside a full visitor management system.

West Kowloon Cultural District Authority
The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority manages a diverse arts campus spanning M+ Pavilion, Xiqu Centre, and its headquarters — each requiring different levels of access security. ACX deployed K Series multi-technology readers, 30+ fingerprint readers at Xiqu Centre, and 50+ palm vein recognition readers at M+ Pavilion, secured with high-security MIFARE DESFire cards across the entire district.

Taipei 101
Taipei 101, one of Asia's most iconic skyscrapers, required a modern, integrated solution to manage secure visitor flow across its premium mixed-use tower. ACX implemented a visitor management system, mobile virtual card platform, and turnstile system integration — enabling efficient, frictionless access control befitting one of the world's most recognised commercial landmarks.
