- Technical support for sales team and customers.
- On site visit, attend meeting with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues.
- Provide training materials and customer training.
- Product testing and commissioning.
- 5.5 working days, alternative Saturday-off system.
- IVE or above in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 years solid experience is preferable, more experienced candidates could be considered as Technical Service Engineer.
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Good computer knowledge in PC applications.
- Immediate availability is preferred
